PolyGel: Biodegradable polymer gel
Polygene’s proprietary injectable biodegradable polymer gel is available as carrier for the delivery of bioactive agents for weeks after a single injection. Bioactive agents, including proteins and RNA, are incorporated in the pasty polymer by gentle mixing at room temperature for IM or SC injection. The polymer is currently in clinical development for the delivery of anticancer agents (https://www.intra-gel.com) and antibiotics by Gentagel LR (https://gentagel-lr.com).
PolyGel is available for indications other than Cancer and Bacterial infections. PolyGel is also available as tissue filler and for non-medical applications.
ProNanoLipid: Nano-lipid dispersible solid
Polygene’s proprietary solid lipid formulation that forms a nano-dispersion upon adding to water. ProNanoLipid intended use is for the delivery of lipid soluble bioactive agents. ProNanoLipid is currently in clinical development for improved oral bioavailability of cannabinoids.
